Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Meat Sauce
Start by heating some oil in your skillet. After that, put in the finely cut onion and garlic. Fry it till it is nicely and brown. Then come the minced meat, so it is cooked and all the meat is white. It is time to blend tomato paste, tomato puree, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Cook it covered on low heat for 10-12 minutes until the sauce reduces and thickens.
Step 2 – Make the Béchamel Sauce
Melt tasty butter in other skillet and add the flour. Stir for a minute and then gradually whisk in the milk to avoid lumps. Cook until thick and smooth. with a bit of salt and pepper.
Step 3 – Boil the Lasagna Sheets
Lasagna sheets are boiled as per the instructions written on the packet; they are then drained and kept aside. If that suits you, consider using pre-cooked sheets for the given convenience.
Step 4 – Layer the Lasagna
